We are a family owned and operated business, having lived in Seminole Heights for decades now.

Mike and Kendra Conze saw this abandoned building just sitting there, full of opportunity. We decided to take matters into our own hands in 2020 and totally renovated the entire building and parking lot. It was a labor of love (and continues to be!) but we have found a lot of value in being a small part of what makes Seminole Heights, and Tampa, great.

Owner and Head Brewer Mike can usually be found doing some type of crazy repair, coming up with great new beer recipes, clearing out the mash tun or hand-labeling the to-go beer.

Kendra can usually be found creating fun events for the brewery, making sure there’s great merch, doing boring admin work and in her free time, daydreaming and planning what’s next for the business!
